In creating this artwork from my photograph I wanted to make a simplified, naive and almost childlike image. I wanted it to be a happy image that makes me smile when I see it. I hope you smile too.

I have enjoyed creating art since childhood but it has only been in the last ten years or so that I have used textures and multiple images to express different or enhanced emotions and feelings in my photographs.
